As I have mentioned, you can place reviews on many places thought out the web: your website, Yelp profile, Home advisor profile, Houzz profile and the most important is Google Maps profile.

If you are ranking in the maps section and you have fewer reviews than your competition, people that are searching for a roofer in your area will probably contact the roofer with the best and highest number of reviews. Business owners usually forget that and they invest in online marketing, position their website on the first page of Google maps and they still don’t receive a good number of monthly phone calls. The reason behind that is they probably don’t have enough reviews.
